What are Flexible tickets?

Flexible tickets are discounted Day Savers which can be bought in a bundle of 5 days or 10 days.

How long are flexible tickets valid for?

Flexible tickets are available in 5 day or 10 day ticket bundles.

Flexible tickets on Swift:
Flexible tickets are no longer available to buy on Swift cards. You can continue to use existing ticket bundles until they expire, which is 12 months from the date you bought them.


Flexible tickets on mobile:
Flexible 5 ticket bundles bought as mTickets must be used within 14 days of purchase.

Flexible 10 ticket bundles bought as mTickets must be used within 28 days of purchase.

 

How do I buy my flexible tickets?

Flexible tickets are only available on mobile.

mTickets can be bought through the app or at a Payzone agent.

How do I use my flexible tickets?

Your tickets will be stored within your Ticket Wallet, they will show as individual Day Savers. When you are ready to board the bus simply click the ticket you want to use, activate it and then show it to the driver.

How do I check how many flexible tickets I have left?

All inactive tickets will show in your Ticket Wallet.
