First of all, congratulations on your engagement! Let’s be honest, you wouldn’t be reading this if you’re not engaged (or at least expecting it very soon!).
Secondly, we understand that ‘group coach hire’ isn’t normally something you think of when it comes to your big day but why shouldn’t it be? We know that wedding transport is something you tend to add to your planning list but have you ever considered a coach over a wedding car service?
We’re here to refresh your thoughts about wedding transport and how your guest transport can be as good as the Bride and Groom!
What types of wedding vehicles are available?
When it comes to wedding transport for your special day there’s quite a variety available. From old-fashioned buses right through to elaborate horse and carriage there are plenty of options to consider. The good thing about a variety of options is that it means there’s a selection of vehicle sizes to cover all event travel requirements. From the bridal party to guest transport, there’s a lot to think about.
Despite having an extensive selection of transportation, unfortunately, a horse and carriage aren’t currently available in our fleet, but we do offer minibuses and coaches in a variety of sizes and styles. Whether you’re looking for a VIP coach full of Champagne for your guests or a smaller stylish minibus for the Groom and his mates to get there (on time!), we can help. Coach travel has evolved a lot over the years!
How much is it to book a coach for a wedding?
Despite what you may think, coach and minibus hire is often cheaper than expected. Yes, cheap coach hire exists. Especially when you compare it to the equivalent of booking multiple taxis.
A 34-seater VIP coach is approximately £780 for a 10-mile single journey trip so when you think about it it’s only really £23 per head*. What a bargain! This gives you more budget to create that unique wedding you’ve always dreamed of.
How can I hire a coach for my wedding?
It’s really simple to hire a coach for your wedding. All you need to do is get in touch and we’ll take it from there. Generally, we’ll need to know the following information to get started on your coach hire booking:
- The number of guests - How many people do we need to fit onboard? We can then let you know the best vehicle to suit your requirements.
- Departure location - Where are we picking up your guests from? Is it the wedding venue or is it their homes? Remember we offer multiple door-to-door pick-ups!
- Arrival location - Once we’ve picked up your guests, we’ll need to know where they’re going. This doesn’t have to be one location, as the same with our pickups, we can drop off at multiple locations.
